CCLA Investment Management has purchased a Bristol retail warehouse for £7.2m on behalf of COIF Charities Property Fund.
The 24,107 sq ft property is on the Cribbs Causeway retail park. It is let to Wickes Building Supplies until 2016, generating an annual income of £554,000.
The freehold was sold by CBRE Global Investors on behalf of the Cadbury Pension Fund and the sale price reflects a yield of 7.2%.
Hartnell Taylor Cook advised the purchasers; Wilkinsons Williams advised the vendor.
