Colliers CRE (CCRE) and Touchstone Asset Management have set up a jv to combine the residential property management of the two companies.
Tim Saunders will head the jv, CCRE Touchstone, which will be based in Bath.
Between them the two firms manage around 3,750 properties throughout the UK.
