Yorkshire-based Commercial Development Projects (CDP) is to develop a 14,000 sq ft speculative office scheme in Haydock, Merseyside.
The scheme at Westway Park, at the junction of the A580 East Lancs Road and Piele Road, will contain three buildings of 5,750 sq ft, 4,300 sq ft and 4,000 sq ft respectively.
The buildings, close to Haydock race course, will be made available on either a leasehold or freehold basis.
They are due for completion at the end of the year.
King Sturge and Warrington-based Eileen Bilton are joint agents on the scheme.
