Cedar Dean Group has opened a Soho office to facilitate its expansion.
The company, comprising CDG Leisure and CDC, will be the only restaurant agency located in the area.
It has signed on 2,155 sq ft at 3-5 Bateman Street, W1, and is scheduled to move in August. The building’s previous tenants include Burger and Lobster and Soho Estates.
The existing lease was signed at a rent of £97,500 pa and an undisclosed premium was paid.
The company is currently based in 17 Cavendish Square, W1 and 136-144 Golders Green Road, N11.
Chief executive David Abramson said: “As Soho’s most active restaurant and bar agency we made the decision that we wanted to be closer to Soho’s restaurant revolution, which is so vibrant.”
