
CEG has let the last remaining vacant warehouse at Stakehill Industrial Estate in Rochdale, Greater Manchester, to plastic products manufacturer TS (UK).
TS (UK) has agreed a new 10-year lease for a 44,612 sq ft unit known as G2 at a rent of £5.75 per sq ft. This new facility is in addition to a 108,000 sq ft warehouse the firm has occupied at Stakehill for a number of years.
The deal takes the park, which was 45% void when acquired by clients of CEG in 2012, to fully let.
The estate provides 46 refurbished sheds and is accessed directly from the A627(M), which links to the M62. Occupiers include Yodel, DHL and Scania.
Savills and WHR are joint leasing agents on Stakehill Industrial Estate; TS (UK) was unrepresented.
