Commercial Estates Group have been given the green light for an office development at the £400m Kirkstall Forge regeneration in Leeds.
The seven-storey, 167,000 sq ft site will sit on plot J1 of the historic site, which is one of Leeds’ largest new-build office projects.
The wider masterplan includes 1,385 homes and 300,000 sq ft of offices, retail and leisure.
A railway station is to open later this year to connect the site to the city centre.
