CEL takes 25% in Belfast firm

Colliers Erdman Lewis (CEL) has moved into Northern Ireland, buying a 25% stake in fellow Colliers International member, Colliers Jackson-Stops.

The Belfast-based agent currently has a turnover of nearly £1m and will be renamed Colliers Erdman Lewis.

CEL director Russell Francis, who will sit on the company’s new Northern Ireland board, commented: “This move gives CEL a broader regional expertise, while at the same time retaining strong local management. We’re keen to work with the Belfast team, developing their business and expanding into new sectors in the Northern Ireland market.”
