Irish millionaire Aidan Brook’s 171 New Bond Street, W1, has been let to celebrity US jeweller Harry Winston for its first UK store.
Harry Winston a favourite among Hollywood stars such as Jennifer Lopez and Hilary Swank has signed a 25-year lease for the entire 3,000 sq ft building.
It is paying a zone A rent of £650 per sq ft, well in excess of any previous zone A achieved on Bond Street.
The building is presently let to jeweller Collingwood. Harry Winston will open in 2007.
