Frontier Estates and Palmer Capital Partners have acquired 14-acres from English Partnerships to develop a 315,000 sq ft warehouse for the £110m Palmer Capital Development Fund.
Frontier Estates will develop the £24m Celestia facility at Snelshall West, Milton Keynes, for completion this summer.
PCP chairman Ray Palmer said: “The completion of this deal marks an exciting beginning to 2006, in which we anticipate a number of significant deals.”
