Countryside Properties Frenchs Walk development in Chelmsford town centre has been forward-sold to Celexa for £4.1m at a yield of 6.8%.
The 1,731 sq m (18,640 sq ft) restaurant scheme has been let in two phases, both on 25 year leases. The 872 sq m (9,390 sq ft) Unit 1 has been taken by Bass Taverns, while the 859 sq m (9,250 sq ft) Unit 2 is let to Fuller Smith & Turner.
