Oil and gas company Celtique Energie is relocating to 40 Berners Street, W1, from nearby 76-78 Charlotte Street.
Celtique is moving to accommodate expansion plans, exiting 1,441 sq ft in favour of 3,920 sq ft on the fourth floor of Newlands House.
The firm has agreed a lease break option after five years, with an initial eight-month rent free period. It is paying £46 per sq ft.
