Cendant has put Green Flag up for sale.
It follows the sale of its car leasing and fleet management unit to Avis Rent a Car for $1.8bn (£1.3bn).
It said the deal reduced Green Flag’s operating and purchasing synergies with Cendant’s remaining businesses, which include property.
