Center Parcs has rejected a £2bn takeover offer as owner Blackstone is not ready to sell.
Blackstone is working on plans to float or sell Center Parcs next year. The offer was made by British private equity firm BC Partners and a Canadian pension fund.
Center Parcs opened a new site at Woburn Forest recently, and is planning one in Ireland.
