The whole of Windsor Office Park has been snapped up by gas retail company Centrica (as tipped on EGi, 8 June). Redrow Commercial and Norwich Unions scheme is scheduled for completion in summer 2001.
Centrica is to take the two buildings of 5,110 sq m (55,000 sq ft) and 6,039 sq m (65,000 sq ft). A rent of just under £355 per sq m (£33 per sq ft) is thought to have been achieved on two 17-year leases with eight months rent free. Agents are Knight Frank, DTZ and Holley Blake. Healey & Baker advised Centrica.
