Urban regeneration specialist Centros Miller has submitted outline plans to expand
It plans to develop a 500,000 sq ft mixed-use scheme on the 10-acre Canal Corridor North site.
A 105,000 sq ft Debenhams will anchor the £130m scheme, due to complete in 2011. Montagu Evans advised on planning; Churston Heard is the letting agent.
