Centros Properties has won outline planning consent for a 6,503 sq m (70,000 sq ft) shopping centre in Boston, Lincolnshire.

The development will comprise an anchor unit of 1,858 sq m (20,000 sq ft) and 22 smaller outlets. It will also include parking for 400 cars.

Centros chairman John Wheeler said work on detailed designs for the scheme would now begin. He expects the centre to be trading in time for Christmas next year.
