Investment company Cerberus Capital Management is set to acquire rental business Five Ten Capital, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
Cerberus will retain the services of Five Ten’s founder, Rob Bloemker, who will take control of the rental activities and become involved in mortgage investments in general.
Five Ten was founded in 2011 and has 1,500 houses across a number of US states.
