The retirement of Mike Slade, who stepped down from the board of Helical yesterday after 35 years, was celebrated a champagne reception at Claridge’s.
Spotted among the 400 or so guests were property sector bosses including David Sleath of SEGRO, David Atkins of Hammerson and Rob Noel of Landsec, who announced his own exit plans yesterday.
