Edinburgh-based Kilmartin Properties has pre-let a 3,716 sq m (40,000 sq ft) unit at its 4.04 sq m (10 acre) Fife Leisure Park to Champions Leisure for use as a family entertainment centre.
This is the first letting on the park, which is adjacent to the Pitreavie Interchange of the M90 on the southern edge of Dunfermline. The developer is to submit a planning application for a 3,251.5 sq m (35,000 sq ft) cinema, said Alistair Coates of letting agent Mason Owen.
Discussions are taking place with operators for the cinema, the five-a-side football, restaurants, and gambling facilities.
