Chancerygate buys West London sites

Chancerygate-NEW-LOGO-THUMBChancerygate has bought two sites in west London for around £5m as part of its £100m development programme.

The industrial developer has purchased a 2.3-acre site in Poyle Road close to Heathrow Airport. The site has planning consent for 43,500 sq ft of development.

The company has also bought a 1-acre site in The Ridgeway, Iver, north of Heathrow, that has planning permission for 25,000 sq ft of development. The scheme will be brought forward either as a multi-unit scheme or as a single unit for freehold or leasehold disposal.

Chancerygate’s development director, Alastair King, said: “Both these sites are in locations where Chancerygate has developed projects successfully, and occupier demand in west London remains very strong for both leasehold and freehold space.”

Chancerygate was advised on Poyle by DTRE while Whitmarsh Holt Young advised the vendor. At Iver, Chancerygate was advised by Colliers International; Haslams advised the vendor.
