Chancerygate is planning to build a new warehouse called The Space Centre on Prescott Road, near Heathrow airport.
The developer has bought a one-acre development site on Prescott Road, where it has plans for a 27,000 sq ft self-contained warehouse targeted at the leasehold market.
This is the second site that Chancerygate has bought in Poyle this year.
Adam Courtneay, development surveyor, Chancerygate, said: “Our second site acquisition in Poyle this year will expand our ability to deliver high quality headquarters facilities for occupiers looking to be in close proximity to Heathrow Airport.”
