Change Real Estate has bought the freehold of 3-8 Redcliffe Parade West, Bristol, from a private vendor for £4m.
The deal was part of a joint venture with Cannon Family Office.
The property totals 32,400 sq ft and is being used as offices. However, consent has been granted to convert the buildings into 14 flats.
