E-commerce firm Channel Advisor has moved from two West End properties into 65 Kingsway, WC2.
The company has agreed a 10-year lease for almost 9,000 sq ft at the 61,578 sq ft building. It is paying between £45-£50 per sq ft.
Following pending lease expiries, it is moving from offices at 6 Kean Street, WC2, and South Street, W1, where its combined space is just under 9,000 sq ft.
The private US landlord was advised by Monmouth Dean; Gerald Eve represented the tenant.
