A former Roman Catholic chapel built in 1876 will be one of four religious sites to come to auction at the Barnard Marcus sale on 17 November.
Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Corby Glen, Lincolnshire, is a 2,478 sq ft grade II-listed chapel on a 0.32 acre plot. It has full vacant possession and scope for development for a nursery, school or community centre.
It is being sold on behalf of a private individual and is guided at £100,000. The sale will take place at the Grand Connaught Rooms, WC2.
