Chardon Management is to take over management of the Morethanhotels portfolio from owner JER Partners.
Lenders Allied Irish Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland and Abbey hired KPMG to restructure the business in July. A JER spokesman said: “JER is now co-operating with the banksas part of the foreclosure process.”
Morethanhotels comprises 12 hotels, including the Express by Holiday Inn in Stevenage. CBRE Hotels is advising.
