Team tackle roads in CRASH course
An 11-strong team from architect and design practice Child Graddon Lewis is embarking on its fourth major charity cycle to raise £10,000 for CRASH, the construction industry’s charity that supports the homeless. The cyclists will depart from Marseille, France and cycle 310 miles to Girona in Catalonia, Spain.
Ethiopian trek raises £4,000 for UK charity
Tim Davis, a partner at Cushman & Wakefield’s Bristol office has raised more than £4,000 for the Youth Adventure Trust charity after completing a seven-day trek across Ethiopia, walking between 8-13 hours a day.
He trekked to the top of the Ras Dashen, the highest mountain in the Simien Mountains. All funds raised from the trek will go to the youth development charity which works with vulnerable young people from Wiltshire and Swindon.
Its outdoor activity-based programme enables young people to challenge themselves and grow in confidence.
Experts join forces to raise funds
Co-living firm FifthState and Lambert Smith Hampton will host the Young Jewish Care Industry Leaders breakfast on 24 April. The panel of real estate experts include Ezra Nahome of Lambert Smith Hampton; Jamie Ritblat of Delancey; and Gary Yardley of Capital & Counties. All funds raised will go to the Jewish Care charity serving the London and the South East.

JLL employees help raise a £33k Smile
The Bristol office of JLL has raised more than £33,000 for children’s cancer charity Smile with Siddy. Staff at JLL’s south west office took part in a host of activities to raise money during 2017.
