Charles Howard is leaving Strutt & Parker to join BNP Paribas Real Estate as a director in the West End team.
Howard has been appointed as a director of West End office agency.
He joins after nine years at Strutt & Parker, where he was an associate in the West End investment team.
Nick Rock, who recently joined BNP PRE as head of West End agency, said: “Charles brings with him a wealth of West End experience. His recruitment will further enhance the offering we have for all our clients involved in the central London office market.”
The appointment is the latest in a string at BNP PRE since John Slade became the firm’s UK chief executive in June, including Andrew Shepherd and Simon Hill, who joined from niche retail firm Capital Retail.
