Charles Tyrwhitt is relocating its 240-person head office to Landsec’s The Forge at 105 Sumner Street in Bankside, SE1, amid a flurry of lettings in the building totalling 61,000 sq ft.
The company has agreed to take 18,680 sq ft in the building, which will see the company move away from its office at 55 Tooley Street, SE1.
Luke Kingsnorth, chief executive officer at Charles Tyrwhitt, said: “The Forge is the perfect fit for the future of Charles Tyrwhitt – combining sustainability, design excellence and an unbeatable location fits perfectly with our culture and values.”
Also joining the building are engineering and technology company Amentum, data and analytics group Zema Global, as well as another three unnamed occupiers.
Only two fully-fitted office units totalling 17,000 sq ft remain available.
Leasing agents for The Forge are CBRE and Union Street Partners.
