Asda Property’s 150,000 sq ft Charlton Gate business park, SE7, has attracted its first prelet. Safestore has signed up for a 16,060 sq ft warehouse for 25 years, at a rent of £8.90 per sq ft. The deal includes a 15-year break option and a six-month rent-free period. Five buildings remain at the site, ranging from 15,400 sq ft up to 88,550 sq ft. King Sturge and Kalmars Commercial are letting agents for the scheme.
