Chelsea and QPR top house price table

Chelsea and Queens Park Rangers football clubs boast the top rankings in the premier league of residential property.

Houses near Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge stadium, SW6, cost £1.5m on average, making the Blues number one on eMoov.co.uk ’s property premier league table.

QPR sits second, with residential values near its W12 Loftus Road ground averaging £720,839 – more than six times higher than residential prices of £113,505 close to Manchester City’s Etihad stadium.

Tottenham Hotspur Football Club (pictured) is number four in the table, with prices averaging £317,431, while Everton and Liverpool were ranked bottom, with house prices of £81,892 surrounding their respective stadiums.

Russell Quirk, chief executive of eMoov.co.uk, said: “There is a gulf in wealth within the Premier League and this is no different in the eMoov premier league property table.”
