Chelsea and Queens Park Rangers football clubs boast the top rankings in the premier league of residential property.
Houses near Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge stadium, SW6, cost £1.5m on average, making the Blues number one on eMoov.co.uk ’s property premier league table.
QPR sits second, with residential values near its W12 Loftus Road ground averaging £720,839 – more than six times higher than residential prices of £113,505 close to Manchester City’s Etihad stadium.
Tottenham Hotspur Football Club (pictured) is number four in the table, with prices averaging £317,431, while Everton and Liverpool were ranked bottom, with house prices of £81,892 surrounding their respective stadiums.
