Premier League football club Chelsea has secured its first shop outside its Stamford Bridge stadium, SW6.
The club has agreed to take a 2,300 sq ft store in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey.
It has signed a 10-year lease and will pay landlord British Airways Pension Investment Management £243,500 pa.
