Elliott Bernerd and Robert Burrow’s Chelsfield Group has appointed Mark Wenlock as director and head of group development and Matthew Wise as head of asset management.
Wenlock has worked for Chelsfield since 2006 with responsibility for many of Chelsfield’s major property interests, including Hollandgreen in the royal borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
Prior to joining Chelsfield Wenlock was a director at Stanhope Properties.
Wise spent his career prior to Chelsfield in a number of both private and publicly quoted property companies, working on property throughout the UK and Western Europe, from small-town retail to super-prime trophy assets.
