Cherie Booth to represent landlords on tax changes

Cherie Booth will represent Steve Bolton and Chris Cooper in a judicial review to take place in the high court in London on Thursday.

The review relates to changes to the tax regime that would mean buy-to-let costs, in particular mortgage interest payments, would no longer be a claimable business expense.

Booth and her family, including husband Tony Blair, own property reportedly worth £27m.
