Aymer House, a 4,412m2 (47,485 sq ft) office scheme, is part of plans unveiled by Countryside Properties and Liberty Property Trust for the latest phase of Chertsey’s town centre redevelopment. The scheme, to be developed speculatively on Charles Street, will be the fifth office block to be built by Countryside as part of the Surrey town’s town-centre redevelopment, which is being carried out in association with Runnymede council.
