Chester Properties Investment Partnership has teamed up with Columbus UK Real Estate Fund to buy the Brandon shopping centre in Motherwell, Scotland.
Cala Properties sold the centre for around £35m.
The centre, which comprises around 90 shops, is anchored by tenants including Primark, Wilkinsons and Poundland and located next to an ASDA superstore.
Rents range from £20 zone A to £55 zone A with a long average unexpired lease term in excess of 14 years.
