Chesterfield Properties has bought the long lease of the Ramada Hotel complex in Manchester from P&O Property Holdings for £9.6m. It includes a 205-room hotel, 2,600 sq m (27,987 sq ft) of offices and 1,003 sq m (10,796 sq ft) of retail and leisure uses. It currently produces annual rental of £1.05m. The lease runs until 2105.
