Chesterton Humberts appoints Holliday as West End chief

 


Chesterton Humberts has appointed Mark Holliday as head of West End and national investment.


 


Holliday will be based in the head office in London’s Mayfair.


 


Previously a director of CB Richard Ellis and more recently Pendulum Property, Holliday’s role will be to build Chesterton Humberts’ Investment business in the West End of London and the across the UK. 


 


Holliday said:  “I am excited to be joining Chesterton Humberts to work on developing the investment business in what is an exciting market place.”


 


Paul Abrey, head of commercial at Chesterton Humberts, said:  “We welcome Mark to our team.


 


“We have set ourselves an ambitious business plan to expand our commercial division and Mark’s skills and experience in this sector of the market will help us enormously.”


 


In addition, Chesterton Humberts’ loan security valuation team, headed by John Woolley, will be moving from Swiss Cottage to the Mayfair office to work alongside Mark and his team.
