Chestertons Polo in the Park has donated a further £5,000 to its nominated local charity Sands End Adventure Playground In Action.
Since 2014, Polo in the Park and Chestertons have donated more than £65,000 to help SEAPIA, which works with local children in Fulham.
The additional donation will allow the charity to build a new log cabin called Sands End Social Shack, and will provide a safe haven for children.
The cabin will be split into two areas and will accommodate two groups of children aged 3-7 years and 8-13 years.
The project is due to be launched in spring 2019 and, once opened, will support more than 200 young people, providing them with space to take part in activities such as drama workshops, art and music, as well as giving them a safe place to socialise with friends.
