Chestertons has raided Foxtons for its new chief executive, returning the favour after its previous boss was poached by its rival.
John Ennis, who has run Foxtons’ central London business for four years, will become the boss of Chestertons from the beginning of November.
It is believed that Foxtons does not intend to find a replacement for him.
Chestertons had been looking for a new boss since it was announced in May that Guy Gittins, who had led the company since 2018, was leaving for Foxtons.
