Robin Fell’s Cheval Properties has bought a landmark office building in Telford for £29m, reflecting a 6.2% yield.
The 165,000 sq ft Telford Plaza is let to tenants including HM Revenue & Customs, BT and Electronic Data Systems.
GBR Property Consultants advised the vendor; Fineman Ross acted for Cheval.
