Groupe Chez Gérard is poised to open outside London in a national expansion.
It has recognised opportunities to grow the Chez Gérard steak and frites and Livebait fish restaurants outside the capital.
It has delayed plans to roll out Richoux. It had planned to open 10 of them by July next year.
