Group Chez Gerard plans to double in size to 40 restaurants in the next two years.
It will open another five before Christmas, including Livebait in Manchester.
Chez Gerard outlets will follow in the second half in Bristol and Cambridge and another Livebait in Oxford. It is planning 12 new outlets next year.
