A fund managed by Close Brothers Investment Ltd has sold industrial/warehouse premises, the Chilcomb Centre, to clients of Keene Farrer for £6.25m.
The 78,000 sq ft warehouse, previously the headquarters of Pilot Clothing, is located on a 4.75-acre site adjacent to the M3, close to junction 10, Winchester.
Vail Williams and King Sturge acted on behalf of the vendor.
