Shaftesbury is in advanced talks with nightclub Chinawhite to take a club in its Kingly Court scheme off Carnaby Street, W1.
The 555m2 (6,000 sq ft) basement club, which will front Ganton St, will be ready for fit-out at the beginning of next year, subject to licencing. A restaurant operator is also being sought for the ground-floor unit.
The private members’ club is the second central London venture for Chinawhite, which recently hosted Playboy Hugh Hefner’s 75th birthday party.
