Mexican restaurant chain Chipotle Mexican Grill is to open its second restaurant at 101-103 Baker Street, W1.
Chipotle has agreed to lease the ground floor, totalling 3,900 sq ft, from Caparo Group on a 10-year lease.
It is due to open in September, and follows the opening of its first restaurant last year in London on Charing Cross Road, W1.
There are more than 1,000 Chipotle restaurants in the US.
