Grain Market Asset Management has put a 23.4-acre site up for sale in Chipping Ongar, Essex, with a guide price of £16m-18m.
The site has planning permission for 105 homes and also includes part of the Fyfield Business and Research Park, which is being redeveloped.
The park includes offices, laboratories and workshops with 15 tenants an annual net rent of £823,965.
Offers are being considered for the entire site or the proposed 16.8-acre residential element and 6.6-acre commercial investment as separate lots. Colliers International are advising on the sale.
