Chorion links with Family Leisure at the Trocadero

Chorion’s rental obligations for the Segaworld amusement arcade inside the Trocadero in London’s Piccadilly Circus ends on Sunday when a new tenant, Family Leisure, takes over the site.

It has also ended its obligations to fund the rental and property costs for unlet space for five years. Family Leisure will assume all property obligations. The virtual reality theme park will be rebranded and redeveloped.

Chorion announced pretax profits up 144% to £1.91m on turnover £6.56m higher at £11.7m, according to The Times and The Independent. The Financial Times reported the pretax profits at £1.44m. It plans to seek a full stock market listing and to open seven venues across the UK based on the Tiger Tiger concept.
