Chris Brett has been promoted to managing director of CBRE’s EMEA capital markets business.
He succeeds Adolfo Ramirez-Escudero, who is to focus full time on leading CBRE’s Spanish business.
Brett joined CBRE six years ago as head of international capital markets from LaSalle Investment Management, where he was head of strategic partnerships for Europe. Prior to that he was European director at JLL for just over 13 years.
