Telford Homes and housing association Poplar HARCA have submitted plans for a £300m mixed-use scheme on Chrisp Street, E14.
The proposals, by architects Sheppard Robson, include 650 homes, the extension of an Idea Store learning centre and library, a canopied marketplace and 200,000 sq ft of retail with a food store, as well as a six-screen cinema and a community venue.
The residential blocks will range in height from three storeys to 24. Savills is advising on planning.
