Christian Candy’s CPC Group has added another West End commercial property to its London portfolio.
The firm has completed a circa £13m purchase of 49 Upper Brook Street in Mayfair, W1.
The acquisition of the Grade-II listed asset, comprises the long-leasehold of 129 years from 29 September 1995.
A spokesman for the company said: “CPC can confirm their acquisition of 49 Upper Brook Street. They are currently exploring options to develop the property commercially.”
The property sold in late 2014, but details of the buyer have only now emerged.
